What Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise unlock, and how to pick the right one.
The four core jobs
Every paid plan is built around four jobs Ding can do for a restaurant: Customer Relations (Waiter + Reservations), Operations (analysis + forecasting), Marketing (campaigns), and Auditing (Health Score). Plans differ in how many of these are unlocked and at what limits.
- Free — Basic Smart Menu + a limited Waiter Agent (500 chats/mo). No other core jobs.
- Starter — 2 of 4 core jobs: Customer Relations (unlimited Waiter + Reservations) and Marketing. Health Score audits are pay-per-run.
- Growth — all 4 core jobs unlocked, including Operations + Forecasting and monthly Health Score audits.
- Pro — all 4 core jobs plus added features (Operations Max mode, custom QR branding, API access) and higher rate limits.
- Enterprise — everything in Pro, unlimited seats, full API, and a dedicated success manager. Book a call to set up.
Upgrading or switching tiers
Upgrade from Settings → Billing → "Manage plan & billing," from the dedicated Upgrade page, or from any "Upgrade" prompt in the dashboard. All of these read from the same plan catalog, so pricing and what you see is consistent no matter where you start.
