How annual billing works

Annual is billed monthly at a discounted rate with a 12-month commitment — not one lump-sum charge.

Billed monthly, not once a year

Choosing "Annual" does not charge you the full year up front. You are billed the same way as a monthly plan — once a month — but at a discounted rate that saves you 2 months' worth of payments, spread evenly across all 12 invoices. In exchange, annual pricing is a 12-month minimum commitment.

  • Annual is the default, first option wherever you see a Monthly/Annual toggle — it is the better deal for most restaurants that plan to stick around.
  • You can switch tiers (e.g. Starter → Growth) at any time while on annual billing; your discount and commitment carry over.
  • Switching back to monthly billing is only available once your 12-month commitment ends. Your dashboard shows the exact date you are locked in until.
  • Canceling during the commitment schedules the cancellation for your commitment end date instead of stopping billing immediately — you keep the discounted rate and access until then.
